God’s Recent Healing!
A Testimony by Nancy Harlow
At midnight of February 21, 2022, I woke with throbbing left knee and upper back nerve pain from an accident I had when I was 11 years old. In 1942 I had fallen backward 10 feet into a house construction excavation onto the concrete footing and passed out. I didn’t tell anyone about it, although it caused intermittent pain, until 1958 when the pain occurred daily at work. I was pregnant and leaning over a desk writing the results of calculations on diagrams of the reactors cross-sections used in the computer programs I had run. Dr. Keefer X-rayed my back and said I had scoliosis, and never addressed the pain, nor the scoliosis. Seven years later someone ran into the back of my car, and I went to Dr. Platt. The outcome was the same with that visit. In September 1988 my son, Ed, took me to a vineyard healing conference. During one session, John Wimber said that God wanted to heal scoliosis, and all who were affected were to stand in the aisles so that others could pray for them. My scoliosis was healed! I heard the bones crackling into place. I’m sorry to say that I was not truly appreciative enough, as over the years I had adjusted my walking and kneeling to fit my problem, and this meant readjusting. Also, what I really wanted was my upper back pain problem solved. Since my daughter Nancy’s scoliosis has become more severe, I have certainly praised God more fervently for his healing of mine. To get back to where I began, I prayed for relief and thanked God again for his wonderful care for me over the years. I asked specifically for my back injury to be repaired. About 10 minutes later I noticed that both the left knee as well as upper back nerve pain were gone. PRAISE GOD! For those who don’t know me, I’ll be 91 years old in June. It’s never too late!
